Be original

Everyone wants to be an original but I wonder sometimes do everyone knows what being original means? People come out with copy rights because of wanting to be an original. Some got sued for ignoring the copy right issue. Most have forgotten an important part of being an original and that is ‘Ego’. Being original means being having such big ego till some calls it charisma. I give a good example, the late Steve Job; he has so much talent but has an ego so huge that only Atlas would have the strength to carry it. He created a great gadget for telecommunication and engages people working for him and made them sworn to secrecy. His company even sued another company for ‘copying’ and to think that his so called great technology was once copied from another. What sadden me is his talent is now buried with him. His knowledge, his skills all gone with him just like that. I was taught to share my knowledge and skills so I’ll gain more knowledge and sharpen my skills. My legacy will continue even though I’m gone. Something hidden will eventually be forgotten in time. So in generation to come, people will only remember a fragment of a great talent. What makes a man so talented and so into originality in the end lost so much? Ego!
There’s nothing wrong with being original but removed all ego and you won’t go wrong.

I'm Sherlock

Everybody watches television, it's the most common household activity. I only watch certain television series and I love all crime solving ones. Currently I'm hooked on Sherlock and Elementary; one British and the other US what else. I've always been a Sherlock Holmes fan. I read nearly all of Sherlock Holmes crime solving mysteries ever since I was a little girl. I still do now. After the ending of season 2, I Google immediately for season 3, only to read the word coming out in the falls of 2013. How am I supposed to wait? I felt a stabbed dagger in my chest * I know too much drama* But then I have Elementary and the only problem, it's not aired on Astro. Lets hope my good friend Mizie will continue downloading it.
Some say what I love watching is a contradiction of what I love to read. Well people, I may read a lot of love novels but I also read everything; I love all of Agatha Christie's, John Grisham's, Sir Arthur Conon Doyle (of course), I read  everything literally. I'm currently trying to catalogue my book collections online. You can find me on www.librarything.com under the name NoraHii. Now I've only add 1 book. Yes I'm that lazy.
Hopefully I can finish my Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy. Ok got to go, I have a hot book waiting for me. Chou

What I learned from Pooh

I love Pooh, who doesn't right? he is so cute and the author is so brilliant. Every one of us is a child at some point in life and some of us never grew out of our childhood. No matter what, our childhood is always the best time of our lives. I didn't have a laptop or computer, I have no idea what internet was back then. I have no IPod; I only listen to music from a radio. Our televisions were no ASTRO but we still enjoy watching that few channels. We always welcome the rain cause it mean we can play in the drain *yikes right* making splashes in the puddles. My mother never asks me to exercise since I play the whole day outside; no over weight problem heh! *Can't say it's like that today* I have no problem with the world and my friends are many. Watching youngsters today with their gadgets, IPod, IPad, IPhone and their many ‘Is’. Not to mention their X box, and many other boxes. I still hear complaints of being bored, of not having enough. Then I look at my daughter, am I going to face that too some day. That is not something I anticipate with enthusiasm.
Back to Pooh, he only have a few friends and Christopher Robbins (I hope I got his name right) but they sure have the best time playing in the woods, lying in the meadows and watching the days go by. I sometimes wish I was there and Pooh is my best friend.
Sometimes I wish I could go back in times and enjoy another round of carefree life as a kid who has everything that makes her happy. Ok enough of my sometimes it’s time to get back to reality. Adios for now.
